COD Foundation Welcomes Two New Board Members

New board members

The COD Foundation is proud to welcome Katie Philpott (left) and Kathleen Rosko (right) as its newest Board members.

Katie is a Senior Director at Motorola Solutions with over 39 years of industry experience. Her current role is leading Mergers & Acquisitions for Supply Chain. Prior to this role, Katie held diverse leadership positions in Supply Chain Operations including strategic planning, procurement, change management, global operations management, governance, and talent development. Katie has a passion for developing women leaders and is the president-emeritus of Motorola Solutions Women’s Business Council which hosts 14 global chapters and over 1,000 members. Outside of work, Katie was the Vice President and board member for a 6-year tenure of a non-for-profit organization, Housing Opportunities & Maintenance for the Elderly (H.O.M.E.). H.O.M.E’s is a one-of-a-kind organization that fosters joy, independence, and connection for low-income seniors in Chicago. Katie lives in Wheaton, Illinois with her husband and golden retriever puppy, Riley, and has three adult children. She is a University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign alumni. She loves to travel, explore new places and meet new people and is committed to living a healthy life.

Kathleen brings a wealth of experience as a values-based Senior Healthcare Executive and Transformation Leader, possessing a rare blend of medical expertise and business acumen. With a background as a licensed RN Clinical Specialist and Nursing Home Administrator, Kathleen has served in various leadership roles, including President & CEO of Marianjoy Hospital & Clinics and President of Schwab Rehabilitation Hospital and Care Network. Her extensive professional journey also includes impactful roles in academia, advocacy, and board leadership across multiple healthcare organizations. Kathleen’s track record as a turnaround expert, strategic visionary, and effective fundraiser underscores her commitment to advancing healthcare excellence.
